Cary Stevenson

    Mr. Stevenson began his real estate career in Colorado in 1964, where he settled after graduating from the University of Notre Dame and serving two active duty tours in the U.S. Air Force.

    Quickly establishing himself in the industry through a string of successful real estate ventures, Cary became a general partner of Chicago Colorado Partners, which was formed as a land holding company in the 1970's. Originally responsible for land acquisitions, Cary later assumed additional responsibilities for sales and development.

    Under Cary's guidance the company expanded its portfolio to include the development of business parks, upscale neighborhood communities, resorts and the redevelopment of urban districts.

    Presently, Cary is vice president and a director of Cogan Properties, a property management company and Select Realty Advisors, a full service real estate company.  Both companies are headquartered in San Diego.
