    Since entering the real estate industry over 35 years ago, Cary Stevenson has established an impressive performance record; developing and marketing a series of successful projects including.

    * Development and marketing Winter Park Ranch, a 300-acre resort community near Colorado's Winter Park ski area.

    * Development and marketing Hiwan Country Club, a prestigious golf course community near Evergreen, Colorado.
    * Mr. Stevenson was an integral member of a building consortium that developed older loft buildings in Denver's Lower Downtown, reviving the once-vibrant historical district back to the original popularity it enjoyed at the turn of the 20th Century.

    * Cary assembled several land parcels totaling 1765 acres in Colorado for The Chicago Colorado Partners, a real estate investment entity. Later was in charge of developing and marketing these parcels.

    * Developed and marketed Valley/66, a 35 acre business park north of Denver, Colorado. He also assisted in the development, and was in charge of sales, of another nearby business park - Frederick West.

    *Presently, Cary is a principal in two San Diego real estate companies - Cogan Properties, a property management company and Select Realty Advisors, a full service real estate company.
